The role of Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead at AT&T is instrumental in driving product and service growth through strategic event execution. The Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead is responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to identify key target audiences and creating prospecting plans tailored to optimize event impact. They also take charge of managing event budgets, forecasting costs, and allocating resources efficiently while monitoring key performance indicators to assess the success of each event. On-site support and coaching during events form a crucial part of the role, ensuring both consumers and sales partners receive the necessary education and guidance to maximize sales potential. Additionally, the role includes working closely with regional marketing teams to develop and implement suitable marketing collateral that aligns with event objectives.

This role demands an experienced professional with a strong ability to apply organizational practices to resolve moderately challenging problems independently. Job Requirements
