The Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead is responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to identify key target audiences and creating prospecting plans tailored to optimize event impact. They also take charge of managing event budgets, forecasting costs, and allocating resources efficiently while monitoring key performance indicators to assess the success of each event. On-site support and coaching during events form a crucial part of the role, ensuring both consumers and sales partners receive the necessary education and guidance to maximize sales potential. Additionally, the role includes working closely with regional marketing teams to develop and implement suitable marketing collateral that aligns with event objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast effectively

Job Qualifications
