This Sr. Sourcing Manager role in Owned Brand Food and Beverages is a vital leadership position on the centralized Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will work alongside inventive engineers, food scientists, and sourcing managers to conceive, develop, source, and deliver Target's owned-brand food products. The mission centers on maintaining the highest product quality and delivering exceptional value across categories such as dry goods, snacks, beverages, candy, fresh, frozen, and dairy items. The role requires staying current with food industry advancements and consumer trends, ensuring Target remains ahead of the competition by consistently offering taste, quality, and value. This position commands a pay range of $95,000 to $171,000, with compensation dependent on factors such as labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
