The position offered is for a Research Associate/Associate Scientist in the Nonclinical Development team at Adicet Bio. This full-time role is situated at their state-of-the-art facility where the company's cutting edge scientific research is conducted. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing in vivo and ex vivo nonclinical studies focused on evaluating Adicet's immune-cell and gene-therapy platforms. This involves a comprehensive array of activities including efficacy, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic, and safety assessments primarily using murine oncology and immunology models.

As a Research Associate/Associate Scientist, you will contribute significantly to study design, experimental planning, timeline formulation, and data-driven decision-making processes that are essential for advancing the scientific programs within the company’s pipeline. This role requires collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams as well as external contract research organizations to successfully coordinate the execution of studies. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical challenges that arise during experiments and ensuring that the study endpoints align precisely with the overarching program goals. Tasks also include performing necropsies and processing tissues to support downstream analyses like flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, and ELISA. These efforts are central to characterizing pharmacologic activity and elucidating the mechanisms of action of novel therapeutics.
