Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a global leader in cloud computing and part of Amazon.com, a multinational technology company. AWS offers a comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, providing services ranging from computing power and storage to artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. AWS's mission is to enable businesses of all sizes to innovate and scale with agility and security. One of the innovative ways AWS drives engagement with its top-tier customers is through elite hospitality programs linked to marquee sporting events and marketing partnerships. These programs are designed to enhance executive-level engagements, foster strategic relationships, and accelerate business opportunities across industries around the globe.

AWS is currently seeking an experienced and self-directed Senior Program Manager to lead its Global Golf hospitality programs in partnership with the PGA TOUR and DP World Tour. This role sits within AWS's Global Executive Marketing (GEM) Hospitality team, which manages the company's portfolio of hospitality benefits through collaborations with premier sports and entertainment brands. The GEM Hospitality team is dedicated to showcasing the power of technology and the art of the possible by providing approachable experiences that transform the way fans engage with sports and entertainment.

The Senior Program Manager will be tasked with owning the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and continuous optimization of premium hospitality events that include unique 1-day to 4-day immersive experiences tailored for AWS's CxO customers and senior leadership. These events are meticulously curated to facilitate relationship building, peer-to-peer networking, and to showcase how AWS partners utilize AWS services to drive innovation and business transformation. This is a highly hands-on role requiring both strategic vision to align hospitality initiatives with broader pipeline goals and tactical excellence in managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and guest experiences.

The position offers a highly competitive salary range varying by location, with packages including sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units. Locations include major U.S. tech and business hubs such as Mountain View, San Francisco, New York, Austin, Arlington, and Seattle. AWS promotes an inclusive culture dedicated to empowering employees and providing accommodations to ensure accessibility throughout the hiring process. This role represents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a pioneering team that combines technology, marketing, and premium hospitality to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive significant business impact.
