Salesforce is the world's leading AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform, dedicated to transforming the way businesses connect with their customers. As a pioneer in the tech industry, Salesforce combines cutting-edge technology with human-centric approaches, fostering a culture where innovation is not just a vision but a daily practice. Recognized as the #1 AI CRM, Salesforce empowers organizations across various industries to drive customer success through intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and seamless integration with business processes. The company's commitment to core values such as trust, equality, and sustainability underscores its position not only as a technology leader but also as a responsible corporate citizen. With a dynamic global presence and a diverse workforce, Salesforce is continually evolving to meet the needs of the modern enterprise.
This job opening is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager role within Salesforce’s Marketing & Communications division. The position is strategic and execution-oriented, designed for individuals passionate about creating impactful event experiences that engage Salesforce’s most important accounts. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing high-touch event experience programs that intersect product marketing, field sales, and experiential marketing. The focus is on delivering meaningful and measurable moments through programs such as Salesforce Innovation Centers (SIC), Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), third-party events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activations. This is a key position that contributes to deepening executive relationships, accelerating pipeline development, and scaling the influence of Salesforce’s product portfolio across targeted accounts.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic engagements, collaborating closely with field sales teams, Chief Customer Office (CCO), and account teams to design events that resonate with executives and decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include agenda development, speaker preparation, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up to maximize program impact. Additionally, you will work in partnership with ABM and Demand Generation teams to align event activations with account-specific priorities, ensuring that product narratives are compelling and tailored to the right stakeholders.
The position requires strong storytelling skills to distill complex product value into clear, executive-level narratives customized for different accounts and personas. It also demands organization and program management expertise to juggle multiple simultaneous events effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with broader marketing strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce products and the broader sales and revenue technology ecosystem is a significant advantage that will enable you to connect product marketing efforts with business outcomes more efficiently.
Joining Salesforce means joining a company that supports your personal and professional growth, offering a range of employee benefits aimed at enhancing balance and well-being. The company embraces diversity and inclusion, providing a supportive, equitable workplace where all employees have the opportunity to thrive. Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fairness and meritocracy in recruitment and career advancement. The compensation package varies by location, job level, and experience, and may include incentive compensation, equity, and a broad suite of benefits designed to help employees live well and bring their best to work every day.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned product marketing professional with significant event marketing experience to make an impact within a world-class technology company. By joining Salesforce, you contribute to shaping the future of AI-driven customer engagement and join a community of innovators dedicated to redefining what’s possible.
