The Full-Time Senior Operations Manager position in the Food Service department at Highland Hospital is an essential leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire food service operations. The Senior Operations Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the work operations of the food service staff, including assistant managers, supervisors, and food service workers. This role demands establishing and maintaining policies, standards, and programs to ensure optimal and cost-effective patient and retail food services. The manager monitors patient and retail services for performance, safety, sanitation, and efficiency to uphold the highest quality standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining computerized systems, developing the annual budget, and ensuring budget targets are met. The Senior Operations Manager plays a key role in hiring, orienting, and retaining competent staff members while interacting regularly with hospital management and professional medical staff to synchronize operations. The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $87,000.00 to $122,342.16 annually, reflecting the importance and responsibility associated with the role. Individual compensation will be set considering market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity. The position is classified under the Administration/Management area of interest and requires full-time availability, with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
