Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Up to 2 years of relevant job experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 pounds or more
  • Ability to follow basic work routines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as secondary point of contact for small meetings and events
  • Provide support for larger and complex meetings and events
  • Coordinate guest services including arrival, transportation, signage, and security
  • Assist with conference room turnover and room reconfiguration
  • Respond to event activities such as equipment, food, beverage, and facility security
  • Conduct room setup, refresh, and removal of event items
  • Check room functionality and troubleshoot audio and technical issues
  • Manage small inventory of event supplies
  • Coordinate event calendar and communicate schedules
  • Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation
  • Follow existing procedures to solve routine problems
  • Review and manage work orders via CMMS
  • Inspect building installations for compliance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
  • Respond to emergencies and customer requests
  • Perform quality assurance checks and oversee inventory
  • Coordinate daily workload and emergency repairs
  • Document and report activities
  • Work with Space & Occupancy team on desk moves
  • Participate in small projects as assigned
