Job Duties
- Serve as secondary point of contact for small meetings and events
- Provide support for larger and complex meetings and events
- Coordinate guest services including arrival, transportation, signage, and security
- Assist with conference room turnover and room reconfiguration
- Respond to event activities such as equipment, food, beverage, and facility security
- Conduct room setup, refresh, and removal of event items
- Check room functionality and troubleshoot audio and technical issues
- Manage small inventory of event supplies
- Coordinate event calendar and communicate schedules
- Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation
- Follow existing procedures to solve routine problems
- Review and manage work orders via CMMS
- Inspect building installations for compliance
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
- Respond to emergencies and customer requests
- Perform quality assurance checks and oversee inventory
- Coordinate daily workload and emergency repairs
- Document and report activities
- Work with Space & Occupancy team on desk moves
- Participate in small projects as assigned
