We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Sales In House to join our Magnificent Mile Team, a role that is vital in advancing our sales objectives and enhancing team performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned industry professional who thrives in a leadership environment and is eager to take the next step in their career. The Senior Manager Sales In House will provide ongoing strategic support to the Director of Sales and be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating sales activities in collaboration with peer Sales Managers. This role involves leading a team of Sales Professionals focused on showcasing HGV’s luxurious offerings and converting prospective buyers into loyal Owners. The Senior In-House Manager is charged with maximizing sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and operational oversight. This includes supervising sales activities aimed at attaining revenue goals, facilitating owner upgrades, and enhancing guest conversion rates. Strong leadership skills, a passion for training, and a keen ability to drive consistent results are essential to succeeding in this position. The role requires setting clear and attainable goals for each team member while fostering an environment that encourages motivation and professional development.
Key responsibilities include attaining sales objectives aligned with the company’s minimum performance standards, developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and managing disciplinary procedures. The Senior Manager will also assist sales representatives in closing transactions and ensure proper documentation throughout the sales process. Budget management is critical, with an emphasis on maximizing sales while controlling commissions and administrative costs. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in directing sales forecasting and setting performance goals to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets.

Job Duties
- attain sales objectives and bottom-line profit
- maintain the company’s minimum sales performance standards
- set clear, well-defined, and reasonable goals for each associate, and oversee staff in developing sales strategies to meet those goals
- hire, recruit, train, and develop staff
- conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions
- handle disciplinary action and or terminations
- assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation and explanation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions
- responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted expectations by maximizing sales opportunities while controlling commissions and administrative costs
- direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals
- assisting with and conducting sales and training meetings (one-on-one and group)
- ensuring that management and staff are aware of and adhere to all HGV’s HR policies and procedures
