Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
- Five plus years of experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability to travel frequently for account visits and business needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage distributor and key account relationships

Job Duties
- Manages day-to-day relationship with distributors for key accounts within market
- Communicates guidelines and expectations to distributors to ensure flawless execution across all channels within scope, brand objectives and strategies
- Tracks distributor KPIs, based on brand/market priorities
- takes corrective action as necessary
- Drives distributor to meet sales and depletion goals and execute the national and local program calendar
- Participates in market/maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education
- Sells in MH brands/products, selecting relevant activations/programs/tactics for each account
- Identifies opportunities for bespoke programs, deeper brand education, and upsell, bringing in appropriate MH resources
- Visits accounts to maintain relationship, monitors performance, and gathers updates
- Acts as consultant to on portfolio opportunities and growth via advice, education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis to accounts
- Leads trade advocacy initiatives and maintains relationships with key accounts
- Maintains on-call communication to ensure expectations met in customer relationship
- Works hand in hand with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment support
- Ensures account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within MH brand guidelines
- Builds a key account plan through longer term account partnerships and ongoing programming
- Informs the channel lead or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intel
- Partners with field trade marketing and experiential development to execute programs/experiences in accounts
- Partners with distributor to manage order execution
- Manages account lead(s) in market and assists with role execution and career development (if applicable)
