The role of Sr. Manager, Language Services Venue Operations is a pivotal leadership position within LA28’s operational framework. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and operational execution of Language Services at various competition and non-competition venues throughout the Games. It ensures that interpretation and related language support services are seamlessly delivered, facilitating smooth communication across diverse linguistic needs essential to running a global event of this magnitude.

The Sr. Manager leads venue-level teams and collaborates cross-functionally, working closely with venue management, sport officials, press operations, broadcast teams, workforce coordinators, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment and operational readiness. This role demands exceptional project management capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments, making it a cornerstone position in the successful delivery of language services at the 2028 Games.
