Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • minimum of 5 years marketing experience within professional sports league or club
  • proven track record in driving fan growth, engagement, and ticket sales through integrated campaigns
  • familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and fan data management
  • experience managing paid media campaigns on social, search, and display networks
  • proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation
  • strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • strategic thinking with a balance of creativity and analytical skills
  • enthusiasm for soccer, live events, and community engagement

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement, and attendance for RIFC and Centreville Bank Stadium events
  • lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and experiential channels to drive ticket sales
  • manage and optimize digital fan platforms including website, app, and CRM systems
  • segment fan database for personalized, data-driven communications to boost engagement and retention
  • create storytelling and campaign strategies highlighting club milestones, players, and events
  • engage with local community and grassroots soccer initiatives to foster connections
  • support stadium event strategies and provide ancillary event support for RIFC and Centreville Bank Stadium
  • plan, execute, and analyze paid marketing campaigns to enhance ticket revenue
  • utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies
  • collaborate with creative, social media, ticket sales, partnership marketing, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate fan experiences
  • support corporate partnership activations and brand integrations
  • ensure alignment across departments to maximize marketing impact and drive fan growth
