The role available is for a full-time Senior Head Bartender at Monday Night Brewing’s Knoxville taproom, known as Monday Night Proofing Co. This position offers a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professional passionate about craft beer and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Senior Head Bartender will be responsible for the overall operation of the Knoxville taproom bar, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and leading a team to meet sales and customer service goals. This leadership role reports directly to the Regional Director of Hospitality and offers an hourly wage of $10 plus tip pool, a $22 administrative hourly rate without tip pool, and potential monthly bonuses up to $500. An unconditional guarantee ensures the employee’s hourly wage reaches at least $15 with tips included, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the taproom team, driving taproom revenue across alcohol, merchandise, snacks, and private events while adhering to profit and budget goals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency, managing social media and marketing coordination, and representing the brand within the community.
