Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school
- minimum 12 months of restaurant or customer service experience
- ability to obtain a Food Handlers License
- willingness to work the closing shift from approximately 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
- ability to work five days a week
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications

- 12 months of restaurant or customer service experience
- ability to obtain a Food Handlers License
- ServSafe certification preferred
- previous restaurant or food services experience in a lead capacity preferred
- experience working a closing restaurant shift preferred
Job Duties
- assist in preparation and production of food items
- oversee serving of food items ensuring quality and presentation
- supervise closing shift operations including cleanup and inventory management
- maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- support and guide restaurant team members during shifts
- ensure a clean and safe work environment
- communicate effectively with management and staff
