Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school
  • minimum 12 months of restaurant or customer service experience
  • ability to obtain a Food Handlers License
  • willingness to work the closing shift from approximately 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
  • ability to work five days a week
  • pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school
  • 12 months of restaurant or customer service experience
  • ability to obtain a Food Handlers License
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • previous restaurant or food services experience in a lead capacity preferred
  • experience working a closing restaurant shift preferred

Job Duties

  • assist in preparation and production of food items
  • oversee serving of food items ensuring quality and presentation
  • supervise closing shift operations including cleanup and inventory management
  • maintain compliance with food safety regulations
  • support and guide restaurant team members during shifts
  • ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • communicate effectively with management and staff
