Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven experience with food service administrative functions such as ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
- Proven computer, administrative, math, accounting, and supervisory skills
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, guests or employees
- Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and presentation
- Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high-performing environment
- Ensure systems are in place to accurately capture sales
- Ensure prompt and efficient service of all amenities, meals and beverages
- Ensure that cashier systems are in place following the SMART plan
- Work closely with the kitchen supervisor to maximize speed of service
- Utilize the sales and marketing plan as basis for setting customer service goals and long term scheduling
