Job Description

Located in the beautiful town of Saratoga, Wyoming, our client is a distinguished hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional experiences through their portfolio of premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants. Their venues are recognized as award-winning spaces in some of the country's best cities to live, offering guests not just a place to stay or dine, but a memorable and emotive hospitality experience. The hotel's philosophy centers around the belief that hospitality is about how you make people feel, emphasizing personalized service, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere that fosters both guest satisfaction and employee growth.

This position is a dynamic leadership role within a vibrant food and beverage environment, offering the opportunity to oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations at a premium venue. The role requires a dedicated leader who will ensure flawless service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across all facets of the dining experience. This includes managing team members, maintaining compliance with operational procedures, coordinating with kitchen supervisors to maximize efficiency, and driving the implementation of sales and marketing plans.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to Saratoga, highlighting the company’s commitment to attracting top talent who share their passion for hospitality. This role is tailored for an individual who thrives under pressure, adapts swiftly to ever-changing situations, and is passionate about mentoring future leaders in the restaurant industry. A strong emphasis is placed on outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, guest interaction, and leadership within food and beverage operations.

The position also involves ensuring that all systems are in place for accurate sales capture and cashier operations in accordance with the SMART plan. By closely monitoring product quality, guest satisfaction, and industry trends, the individual will help shape the outlet’s strategies and programs to remain competitive and innovative. Collaboration with social media and marketing teams further expands this leadership role, supporting promotional efforts to maximize sales and elevate the venue’s presence locally.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience with food service administrative functions such as ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting, alongside strong computer, math, and accounting skills. Familiarity with commercial food service equipment and relevant health and safety regulations is essential. This role demands a hands-on leader who can solve complex practical problems, effectively manage a diverse team, and contribute dynamically to the company’s ongoing success.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company known for its workplace culture that encourages professional development, wellness, and comprehensive benefits starting on day one. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, this role will allow you to make a meaningful impact in a picturesque setting while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
