Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or relevant bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience
- experience in healthcare or high-volume dining preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen software
- ServSafe® certification
- ability to work a 5-day week with alternating weekends
- ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or bachelor’s in food service management or hospitality preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership
- healthcare or high-volume dining experience a plus
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- experience with catering and special events
- knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management software
- ServSafe® Certification required
