Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience a plus
- Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations
- Hands-on chef experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production in preparation and production of meals
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Oversee compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage team member productivity and performance
- Control food costs and labor to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement menus including specials using seasonal ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques and operational procedures
