Job Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent specialized training
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or hospitality
- Must have experience with Delphi and Salesforce systems
- Proven ability to create and manage BEOs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience
- 3-5 years previous experience in the same or related field
- Experience with Delphi and Salesforce software
- Proficient in BEO creation and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
Job Duties
- Act as the on-site point of contact for all group events and retreats
- Coordinate logistics including AV, F&B, wellness programming, and vendor services
- Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group Resumes
- Lead weekly planning meetings with operational departments
- Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Operations to exceed guest expectations
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Manage and supervise the Conference Services Manager and Conference Services Technicians
