Job Requirements
- 2-3 plus years of experience in professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning role
- Experience with Cvent and other registration software
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel to client programs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable manipulating complex data in Excel
- Ability to represent company professionally in client-facing environments
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 plus years of experience in a professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning role
- Cvent and other registration software experience
- Advanced registration website or Content Management Systems (CMS) experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
- Detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving
- Effective professional business communication skills, written and spoken
- Superior customer service skills
- Comfortable manipulating data in Excel utilizing multiple functions and formulas
- Quick learner, organized, and able to apply new concepts to future tasks
- Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent company and clients
Job Duties
- Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with adhering to tight deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers on pre-planning, reporting and logistics details
- Responsible for executing Cvent sites with three or more registration paths, sponsor portals, multiple hotel setups, advanced path and registration type settings
- Communicate professionally with attendees via email, phone, and in-person
- Exposure to Cvent post event surveys and external survey platforms
- Own and set timelines independently without missing deadlines
- Keep Clickup timelines up to date for all projects and deliverables
- Build and manage event rooming lists with hotels as business needs require
- Crosscheck and quality control of air manifests before and after events
- Data management and reporting
- Implement Excel formulas to organize, analyze, and manipulate data efficiently
- Manage mail merges to curate attendee datapoints
- Use Excel for data validation and error checking to maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Assist ETS team with data entry and content collection for mobile apps and other event technology solutions
- Own project management and execution of onsite badge printing for programs following contract signing and scope establishment
- Receive oversight support on larger and more complicated programs
