Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Instructor to support the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $82,550 to $149,225, depending on experience and qualifications. The role demands an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in Air Force intelligence training and the DCGS operational environment.

In this position, the Senior DCGS Instructor plays a vital role in supporting and advancing the 497th ISRW's mission to provide superior training and operational readiness. They will assist in instructional support services by integrating evolving courseware design methodologies and innovative information technologies aligned with the evolving DCGS concept of operations. This includes leveraging Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.

The instructor will deliver in-residence academic and hands-on instruction, administer performance and written tests, conduct appraisals, and manage simulation and exercise events. They will ensure students receive the most realistic and relevant training by sharing expert knowledge of DCGS products and instructional methods, contributing to course content, and developing operational scenarios that foster active learning environments.

The role also requires familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) technologies, training assessment and evaluation systems, and the ability to coordinate technical support for Capstone exercises and performance checks. Quality assurance of courseware content, maintaining instructor qualifications through formal evaluations and Subject Matter Expert (SME) testing, and supporting Intelligence Realistic Training Review Boards (IRTRB) are additional critical responsibilities.

Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience, demonstrated knowledge of ISR operations, intelligence analysis, and Air Force intelligence processes. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with instructional systems design methodologies and student tracking tools. Experience in instructor supervision, course development lifecycle management, and scenario storyboard creation is essential. Preferred qualifications include Air Force instructor certification, experience within an AET environment, and proficiency in initial qualification training for platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations.
