Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or adjacent industries
  • proven success in strategy, portfolio management, or senior partner leadership
  • ability to develop and execute long-term strategies in complex global organizations
  • strong commercial acumen with ecosystem value perspective
  • exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • understanding of partner evaluation, RFP/RFI, and governance frameworks
  • strong analytical skills translating data into decisions
  • ability to influence cross-functionally across geographies
  • people leadership experience preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, CRM systems
  • willing to travel domestically and internationally

Job Duties

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global strategy for Hotels & Resorts portfolio
  • establish strategic framework governing hotel programs, partner engagement, and contractual structures
  • own long-term portfolio direction identifying growth opportunities and risks
  • ensure consistent quality, governance, and standards across global hotel network
  • partner with Business Intelligence and vertical leaders to build strategic hotel partner pipeline
  • lead advisor-led Hotel Committee forums translating input into portfolio decisions
  • define and steward partner value proposition delivering measurable ROI
  • oversee development of partner strategies connecting investment to outcomes
  • guide evolution of partner benefits and engagement models
  • lead strategic partner procurement and portfolio composition
  • leverage data and market insights to inform strategic direction
  • translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • establish success metrics and KPIs
  • act as strategic connector across departments ensuring execution
  • collaborate with regional leadership aligning global and local strategies
  • provide strategic input to enterprise planning and advisory committees
  • serve as SME to Account Directors and Membership
  • collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Events on program strategies
  • monitor industry trends and emerging models
  • identify new partnership opportunities
  • champion continuous improvement
  • provide strategic leadership and mentorship to senior leaders
  • influence outcomes through vision and communication
  • represent company direction internally and externally
