This role also demands a confident executive presence, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple business areas. Experience in the entertainment industry, executing return-to-office or hybrid workplace initiatives, and holding industry certifications or advanced training are highly preferred.
This position is based in an office environment requiring a minimum of 4 days per week onsite, underlining the importance Warner Music Group places on collaboration and in-person engagement to drive talent development and foster strong working relationships. The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and other factors.
