Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • minimum 7 years of audio-visual experience
  • minimum 7 years of operations supervisory or management experience
  • 5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong relationship management skills
  • financial acumen including sales planning, forecasting and CRM
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ability to lead growth initiatives
  • proficiency in computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels

  • act as a point of escalation when needed
  • establish and maintain valuable industry relationships
  • identify key issues and decision makers for contract renewal
  • create and participate in business review presentations
  • identify new revenue opportunities and partner with regional leadership
  • manage efficient and profitable operations with focus on revenue maximization
  • support achievement of financial goals through collaboration
  • train and direct leadership teams to complete reports
  • analyze reports and budgets to manage the business
  • enforce billing system utilization and approval
  • collaborate during operational planning processes
  • review location P & L and develop action plans
  • confirm timely payment processing
  • plan and execute events according to production standards
  • hold operations team accountable for daily floor operations
  • direct equipment inventory control and maintenance
  • analyze schedules and resources for labor and equipment sharing
  • ensure management presence at venue meetings
  • review events and budgets with operations leadership
  • collaborate with regional teams as necessary
  • perform duties akin to running an independent business
  • accountable for budgeted revenue completion
  • provide technical support and act as escalation point
  • ensure staff technical competency
  • utilize company computer systems effectively
  • manage security and maintenance of equipment
  • analyze equipment needs and submit CAPEX requests
