The available role is a senior leadership position leading the global Manufacturing Operations function for one or more product groups within Applied Materials. The role is designed for a strategic and visionary leader who will provide executive leadership in the planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of manufacturing operations aligned with business objectives. This leader will be responsible for collaborating with business unit executives to fully support their strategic roadmaps and ensure operational metrics such as customer order delivery, financial revenue targets, and product quality are consistently met or exceeded. The role demands a proven track record in semiconductor capital equipment operations, the ability to drive improvements in cost efficiency, cash management, supply chain responsiveness, and overall manufacturing agility. This position also demands leadership of a team spread across multiple sites globally, enhancing organizational capability and ensuring readiness for new product introductions and commercialization plans.

This is a full-time, regular employee role offering a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $247,500, depending on multiple factors including location, job knowledge, experience, and internal equity. Locations for this position include Austin, Texas (without relocation assistance) and Tainan, Taiwan (with relocation assistance offered). The role requires approximately 20-25% travel to support global manufacturing sites and supplier networks.
