The role offered is a full-time staff position located at the UHealth Tower with variable shifts between 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food service in a healthcare setting, where quality, hygiene, and patient satisfaction are paramount. The employee will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of food items following established standards and policies. Responsibilities include washing, chopping, storing ingredients, and operating various kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. The role requires meticulous attention to food safety, temperature control, proper portioning, and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils. Adherence to University policies and safeguarding University assets is expected at all times. This position requires at least one year of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Requirements

- Ability to work variable shifts between 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM including weekends

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related tasks
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Wash, chop, and store ingredients
