Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • Flexible and open work schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage warmly with clients and guests
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and act on instructions
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with new people warmly
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret instructions, and ask clarifying questions
  • Comfortable presenting information to groups
  • Knowledge of basic security and emergency procedures
  • Ability to work with flexible schedules
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative assistance to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Address inquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Resolve complex problems and identify new solutions
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values
  • Guide team members in applying practices and procedures
  • Work to build consensus and ensure positive customer outcomes
