The role of a Senior Concierge at CBRE is pivotal within the Workplace Experience team, tasked with the responsibility of offering top-tier assistance to guests, customers, and tenants. This position is not just about providing basic concierge services, but about enhancing the overall experience of every individual who enters the facility. The Senior Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing service requests efficiently, and coordinating various business and personal needs such as transportation, dining, and entertainment.

In this role, the Senior Concierge is expected to maintain an extensive database of local business recommendations, including preferred dining spots, entertainment venues, and transportation providers. This role demands a high level of customer service skill to address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically. The ability to think critically and implement innovative solutions for complex problems is essential, as is leading by example and fostering a positive team environment consistent with CBRE’s core values.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring flexibility in work schedules and the ability to manage physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 40 lbs. Candidates will appreciate working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are crucial. CBRE offers a supportive workplace that encourages professional development and recognizes the contributions of each employee, making the Senior Concierge role an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected industry leader.
