The role of Senior Chef Manager in Aurora, Colorado, is an integral leadership position within Eurest that focuses on overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations for a corporate dining account. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, complemented by a bonus opportunity of up to 30%. The Senior Chef Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality culinary experience by efficiently managing all aspects of the food service program. This includes monitoring culinary standards, food safety, sanitation, employee training, and financial management to maintain operational success.

As a Senior Chef Manager, you will lead a team of culinary professionals to maintain and elevate food cost control while upholding outstanding quality standards. You will have a hands-on role in staff development, purchasing, inventory control, and compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will help create an environment that motivates the team to perform at their best, delivering outstanding meals to clients and enhancing guest satisfaction.
