The role is fundamental in coordinating and executing high-quality pre-Games meetings, events, and client engagement initiatives. Serving as a key connector among internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership, the Senior Associate is entrusted with managing logistics, communications, and project workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.\n\nWorking under the NCS Services and Operations Manager, the Senior Associate manages multiple concurrent projects and events such as Open Days, Chef de Mission seminars, webinars, and individual visits, handling complex logistics like registration, venue coordination, materials preparation, and post-event reporting. This position demands high organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive collaboration and communication across multiple teams. The Senior Associate also contributes to games-time readiness activities and supports live event operations, ensuring that critical NCS services and programs run smoothly during the Games.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $95,000. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance. The role requires onsite presence at the Downtown Los Angeles office, and candidates must be prepared for a dynamic environment with potential work during evenings, weekends, and holidays at peak times.
