Job Requirements
- Master's degree plus 2 years of experience
- or Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
- or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo-related experience
- or High School diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience
- Required to travel up to 25% in-market
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Skilled in project management
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to travel to company offices and events up to 5%
- Complies with quality, environmental and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 2 years of experience with increasing responsibility, or Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience including marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience, or High School diploma plus 8 years of relevant experience

- Preferred: Master's degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience

- Experience managing multiple external agencies
- Experience in CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industries
- Experience in regulated environments
- Knowledge of agile practices and on-premise channel
Job Duties
- Independently manages development of portions of brand plan
- Contributes to subsets of Agile Roadmap development and delivery with assistance from senior brand manager and subject matter expert partners
- Deeply understands components of brand strategic positioning and participates in development and pressure-testing of initiatives
- Spearheads relationship with brand partner and maximizes value of partnership activations and media
- Pulls relevant data for decision making and articulates drivers behind under or over performance
- Manages subline within brand architecture
- Balances trade-offs between cost, pricing, and investment to deliver financial results
- Leads demand preparation and drives improvement in brand demand
- Screens for opportunities strategically and tactically using portfolio roles
- Develops part of Brand Standards and drives execution of the Six Standards
- Allocates and manages annual budget against brand strategy aligned channels
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of critical channels and proposes corresponding tactics
- Conducts monthly market visits to evaluate activation tools and collects channel feedback
- Assesses innovative marketing methods and measures their effectiveness
- Demonstrates consumer empathy and analyzes brand/category data
- Supports development/evolution of Opportunity Audience and Inspirational Archetype
- Collects consumer, customer, and channel insights through field engagement
- Develops and optimizes Brand Story and Visual Guidelines
- Aligns campaign marketing activities with brand strategy and guidelines
- Delivers go-to-market materials on time
- Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety regulations
