Our client, a prominent player in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled SQL Developer II to join their team on a contract basis. Located in Chandler, AZ, this position requires a 100% onsite presence, offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies and critical data operations that impact large-scale manufacturing processes. The role is contract-based with an engagement period of up to 18 months, structured through a W2 arrangement via a staffing supplier. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years of SQL development experience
- proficiency in Oracle SQL including DDL, DML, MERGE, and analytic functions
- experience with ETL pipeline concepts and data lineage analysis
- ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
- availability to collaborate occasionally with India team outside regular hours
- experience with .NET CLI-based ETL utilities
- strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- familiarity with SAP transactional support is preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in SQL development
- proficiency in Oracle SQL including DDL, DML, MERGE, and analytic functions
- experience with ETL pipeline concepts and data lineage analysis
- skilled in Oracle PL/SQL
- experienced with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- ability to develop triggers, stored procedures, and SSIS packages
- strong communication and organizational skills
- knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing domain is a plus
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Duties
- Develop and iterate on improvements for import operations and database health monitoring
- troubleshoot, debug, identify and resolve data import issues
- manage ETL configuration and ensure data quality across the Athena lot cloning platform
- own site onboarding, CBS transformation rules, and Oracle schema maintenance
- maintain pipeline integrity from source ingestion through attribute history and current-state synchronization
- collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into configurable pipeline behavior
- support SAP transactional burst activities as needed
