- Must own a Sprinter or Cargo van
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must operate under your own business name or be willing to set one up
- Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to dependable service
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays

- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently

- Experience as an independent contractor or owner operator preferred

Job Duties
- Manage and operate your own Sprinter or Cargo van for local deliveries
- Ensure timely and reliable delivery services in the Lakeland, FL area
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customer service teams
- Adhere to safety regulations and company standards
- Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend or holiday work
- Provide independent contractor services under your own business name
- Monitor vehicle condition and handle routine maintenance
