SpringHill Suites Minneapolis West is a newly renovated hotel strategically located half a mile from The Shops at West End and just 4 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Conveniently situated 16 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and the Mall of America, the hotel also offers easy access to the Minneapolis Convention Center. As an all-suite accommodation, SpringHill Suites Minneapolis West features plush bedding and thoughtfully designed living spaces that include a sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, work desk, and modern amenities such as free high-speed wireless internet and an iPod docking station. As the face of the hotel, the Front Desk Agent manages check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and reservations with efficiency and friendliness. This role demands multitasking prowess as agents handle various duties including processing financial transactions, coordinating guest requests, and solving problems swiftly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every visitor. The schedule is flexible but requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with shift hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., potentially adjusting based on hotel demand. Successful candidates should be enthusiastic communicators, quick problem solvers, and individuals passionate about turning first impressions into lasting memories.
