Job Requirements

  • Open availability including weekends
  • Willingness to work a mix of morning and mostly evening shifts
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest requests and room availability
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate financial records including cash handling and transaction processing
  • Utilize hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite to ensure accurate data entry and communication
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
