We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Agent who will serve as the friendly face and first point of contact for our guests. This role is pivotal in delivering warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and seamless check-outs, ensuring each guest's stay is comfortable and memorable. The Front Desk Agent must be adept at multitasking — managing reservations, guest inquiries, and unexpected challenges with efficiency and grace. This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
The role offers a dynamic schedule primarily covering evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with some morning shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, and requires open availability including weekends. Job Requirements
