As the face of the hotel, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, and providing outstanding service throughout each guest's stay. The position requires someone who can seamlessly juggle a variety of tasks including managing reservations, fielding guests’ requests, and solving problems quickly and effectively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
