Job Description
Our hotel, located adjacent to the popular Sesame Place and within convenient walking distance to Oxford Valley Mall, is a destination favored by travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the Langhorne area. Positioned perfectly for day trips to nearby cities such as Trenton, NJ, Philadelphia, and Newtown, PA, our property stands out with stylish, smartly designed suites that are 25 percent larger than the average hotel room in the region. Each suite offers dedicated spaces to recharge, relax, and connect, including a pullout sofa, plush bedding, and complimentary WiFi. Guests start their day with a complimentary hot and healthy breakfast buffet, and enjoy access to amenities like a fitness room and indoor pool. The hotel also serves business travelers with onsite meeting spaces furnished with ergonomic chairs and natural light, catering to small groups requiring a professional, comfortable setting.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team, a pivotal role centered on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk functions. As the face of the hotel, the Front Desk Agent will warmly welcome guests, efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle a variety of guest requests with a friendly and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling reservations, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued and at ease. The role is perfect for hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable first impressions and lasting relationships with guests.
Full-time positions come with a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. We also offer an innovative daily pay option, allowing employees to access earned wages on a daily basis, tailored to provide financial flexibility. Working at our hotel means joining a dedicated team committed to excellence, guest satisfaction, and community connection. Join us and be part of a hospitality environment where your skills and passion directly contribute to guest loyalty and operational success. Application deadline for positions in Colorado is July 8, 2026.
