Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working around machinery
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to guest privacy and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or housekeeping experience a plus
  • Comfortable using heavy duty machinery
  • Good judgement and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work and interact with diverse populations
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms and fixtures, replacing linens and towels, restocking guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors
  • Complete room assignments within time and productivity standards
  • Report maintenance issues to ensure all equipment is in working order
  • Respect guest privacy and security
  • Provide a personal touch to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Interact courteously with guests and team members
