The Housekeeper role at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Green Bay is vital to maintaining the high standards the hotel is known for. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you are responsible for ensuring every guest room and public space is immaculate and inviting. You will take pride in transforming guest rooms into spotless sanctuaries with crisp linens, restocked supplies, and sparkling cleanliness. Your tasks include deep cleaning duties such as changing air conditioning filters and performing minor maintenance like painting touch-ups. Being a Housekeeper means you are the heartbeat of our hotel, directly impacting guest experiences by creating an environment of comfort and hospitality.
In addition to your cleaning duties, you will serve as a friendly and approachable face to our guests, providing exceptional customer service that makes every visitor feel welcomed and appreciated. Safety is a top priority in your role, where you will stay vigilant in maintaining a secure environment for everyone in the hotel. This full-time position offers competitive pay with the added benefit of daily pay options after an initial waiting period.
