We are currently hiring a Spray Repair Technician for our Winter Park, FL location. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule aligned with typical store hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm, with Sundays off. The starting pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, and includes full-time benefits and weekly pay.
As a Spray Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role as a member of the maintenance team, responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of various types of paint equipment. This position demands a skilled technician who can handle complex systems, including wiring, cabling, and other advanced components related to paint spray systems. You will also perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of the company’s products and equipment, such as Graco and Titan paint spray pumps. Beyond technical duties, the role involves serving as a key customer contact for technical and service-related inquiries and may require instructing customers on the proper use and operation of the equipment.
The role is multifaceted, requiring coordination with other departments and direct customer interaction, making communication and problem-solving skills essential. Additionally, involvement in store operations like paint tinting, mixing, customer services, and product stocking is part of the job scope. You will report directly to the Store Manager and contribute to maintaining the high standards expected by The Pittsburgh Paints Company. Job Requirements
- must have experience in pressure washer and/or paint spray repair
- must be at least 18 year of age
- valid drivers license and clean driving record
- the ability to lift up-to 65 pounds on a periodic basis
- good communication and problem-solving skills
- applicants must be authorized to work in the u.s. without employment-based visa sponsorship

Job Duties
- perform advanced customer support activities for paint equipment and systems products such as wiring, cabling, and complex equipment
