The company values expertise, reliability, and safety in their team members to deliver top-notch lawn care services that protect and enhance outdoor environments. It is a full-time position offering compensation starting from $21.00 per hour with various employee benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and paid time off, aimed at supporting the well-being and financial security of their staff.
The role available is for a Licensed Lawn Spray Technician who has a valid California License with the Office of Pest Management (OPM) recognized by the state of Arizona. The technician will primarily focus on applying pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides to prevent and control weeds effectively on different turf areas. This job requires hands-on mixing of chemicals with water in sprayer tanks and operating spray equipment to ensure precise pesticide application according to client needs and safety regulations. The technician will be expected to manage spray equipment, including adjusting nozzles, tubes, and hoses to optimize performance during application.
In addition to applying pesticides, the technician will be responsible for operating motors or machinery connected to the sprayers. Regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of tools and machinery are also essential parts of the job to guarantee efficient and safe operation. This physically demanding role requires the ability to carry, pull, or push weights of 30 pounds or more, demonstrating the need for physical fitness and endurance.
This position works a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, which provides a consistent weekly schedule. Supplemental pay includes opportunities for bonus pay and signing bonuses, making this a rewarding role for qualified candidates. The company encourages individuals with a criminal record to apply, supporting an inclusive hiring policy. The job also requires a valid driver’s license and verified expertise through a California License with OPM recognized in the state of Arizona, ensuring all pesticide applications are compliant with legal and safety standards.
Overall, this opportunity is suitable for experienced lawn spray technicians seeking steady work with a reputable company that values professional development, safety, and comprehensive benefits. It is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining beautiful lawns and landscapes while adhering to environmental and regulatory guidelines.
