The company is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every team member feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to contribute to the organization's collective success.
The role of Sportsbook Ticket Writer at BetMGM is an essential position based in Glendale, AZ, requiring full onsite presence. This role demands an individual who can deliver the highest quality customer service, assisting patrons with fast and precise sports wager processing. BetMGM offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.10, dependent on geography, skills, experience, and educational background, along with eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan. Compliance with legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship is mandatory. This role also requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license, reflecting the company's strict adherence to regulatory standards.
BetMGM provides excellent benefits aimed at supporting the overall wellbeing and growth of its employees. These include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and pre-tax spending accounts like health care FSA and commuter savings.
