Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT certification
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- cash handling experience
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to multitask efficiently
- ability to maintain high energy levels
- tolerance for second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one (1) year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT
- must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- must have cash handling experience
- ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments
- ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
- ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift
Job Duties
- Provides wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests and cocktail servers at assigned stations
- rings all drinks into P.O.S. system
- mixes drinks according to recipes
- keeps the station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary
- maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities including balancing a cash drawer, credit charges, and servers' food transactions including tips
- provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests
- maintains cleanliness of designated area
- ices and fills all non-alcoholic drinks for servers
- provides work direction to assigned bar attendants
