Job Description
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood stands as the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, proudly owned and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Nestled on 87 acres along the Hollywood Seminole Reservation, this world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination offers a unique blend of luxury, culture, and excitement. Since unveiling a $1.5 billion expansion in 2019, the resort has set new standards in upscale accommodations and guest experiences. This role demands adherence to safety and sanitation standards, efficiency in completing assigned tasks, and a commitment to promoting positive relations with guests and team members alike. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- T.I.P.S. certification
- Sanitation certification
- ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- effective communication skills in English
- willingness to comply with Seminole Gaming compliance and regulations background check including credit and criminal checks

Job Duties
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's policies and procedures
- maintains bar area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of empty or soiled articles
- ensures that ample supplies of glassware, napkins, straws, ice and garnishes are available during service periods
- completes all established bar setup duties in a timely manner
- performs work assignments directed by bartender or beverage management
- knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bars and related equipment remain clean, sanitary and odor-free at all times
- knowledgeable of and adherence to food and beverage department regulations and procedures
- promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
- maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
