This role is for a Sports Fanatic Customer Service Representative supporting ESPN, the world-renowned global sports network that millions trust for their daily sports entertainment and information. Based onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado, this position offers an exciting opportunity for sports enthusiasts to bring their passion and knowledge into the workplace. The role involves engaging with customers primarily through nonverbal platforms such as chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging, providing timely and empathetic support related to ESPN’s services and a vibrant fantasy sports community. Starting with a base wage of $21 per hour plus performance bonuses, the position supports those who have a zeal for sports, whether it be basketball, football, or any other sport, allowing them to translate their enthusiasm into a rewarding career path. Job Requirements

  • One year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, sports or recreational activities or similar fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great written communication skills
  • Passion for sports with knowledge of games, plays, and highlights
  • Ability to engage professionally and effectively with community and team
  • Tech-savvy with online communication platforms
  • Must be available to work onsite in Greenwood Village, CO

Job Qualifications

  • One year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, sports or recreational activities or similar fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills developed through service industry experience
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • An unwavering love for sports including playing, watching, or coaching
  • Ability to engage professionally and effectively with fantasy sports community, teammates, and leaders
  • Tech-savvy with a flair for fantasy sports and online navigation

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming communications from customers talking sports
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers of ESPN
  • Provide timely and empathetic support via chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging

  • Consult on ESPN products and services with compassion and knowledge
