As a Sports Fanatic Customer Service Representative supporting ESPN, your primary mission will be to resolve customer issues and inquiries through a variety of digital communication channels, including chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging. Job Requirements

  • One year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, sports or recreational activities or similar fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • Passion for sports demonstrated by playing, watching, or coaching
  • Ability to engage professionally and effectively with fantasy sports community
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms
  • Willingness to work onsite in Greenwood Village, CO

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience in retail, banking, contact centers, consumer electronics, sports or recreational activities
