Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year experience in a supervisory role
- two years experience in customer service
- two years experience in large scale sports facility preparations preferred
- reliable transportation
- ability to obtain Food Safety Manager Certification within 30 days preferred
- knowledge of venue sports equipment setup and operation
- ability to setup courts and fields appropriately
- ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- knowledge of food safety and preparation standards
- ability to clean and sanitize facilities
- ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
- leadership and supervisory capabilities
- detail oriented and organized
- able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year experience serving in a supervisory role
- two years previous experience in a customer service field
- two years previous experience in large scale facility preparations for various sports events preferred
- knowledge of and ability to setup and operate various venue sports equipment
- ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling protocols
- knowledge of food preparation and service following health standards
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing facilities and equipment according to health department standards
- ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to motivate and evaluate employees
- detail oriented and organized
- good written and verbal communication skills
- critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- can-do attitude
Job Duties
- Supervise, motivate, lead, train, and instruct team members
- ensure a consistent, quality experience for clientele
- serve as venue liaison to event hosts and guests and follow operational procedures
- facilitate the highest standards in operational excellence and park appearance
- maintain facilities and sports equipment functionality and appearance
- conduct full event preparation, setup and teardown for various sporting activities
- identify and report deficiencies and maintenance requirements to Director
- schedule and facilitate equipment and facility repairs
- conduct quality control reviews of grounds maintenance and ballfield preparation
- maintain the overall cleanliness of the complex and perform custodial duties
- oversee event crowd control and assist guests
- respond to incidents and complete incident reports
- monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations and feedback
- approve team timesheets
- recruit, interview, hire, and train office staff
- assist Concessions Manager as needed
- adhere to safety protocols and confidentiality policies
- promote collaboration and commitment to the organization mission and vision
- perform other duties as assigned
