Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event production, entertainment management, live event operations, media, communications, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or experiential activations, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Experience operating ENG-style crew equipment including camera and audio systems
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, venue ops, product, and content teams
  • Experience managing performers, athletes, and event talent including scheduling and rehearsals
  • Knowledge of immersive technology and audience engagement strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Notion
  • Understanding of event risk management and health and safety plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with lighting design and programming is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Production, Entertainment Management, Live Event Operations, Media, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in live event production, venue operations, or experiential activations, ideally in sports, entertainment, or media
  • Strong experience organizing and executing live sports events including watch parties and league activations
  • Previous experience in day-of production execution, content creation, or live broadcast with a major sports network or team
  • Ability to operate ENG-style crew and equipment including camera rig and audio system
  • Proficient in creating and managing detailed run-of-show documentation
  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing performers and event talent
  • Familiarity with immersive technology and audience engagement techniques
  • Skilled in fan activation design including live contests and branded partner activations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Notion or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of event risk management and safety protocols
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with lighting design and programming, knowledge of Mosaic software is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with proactive problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of all sports-related events across Cosm venues
  • Oversee logistics for in-venue sports activations, ensuring events are executed according to schedule, budget, and specifications
  • Work closely with Marketing and Content Ops teams to align events with marketing strategies and media coverage
  • Create and manage in-venue fan engagement activations, integrating dynamic activities and live entertainment
  • Coordinate with performers, athletes, and partners to integrate live interactive elements such as contests and giveaways
  • Ensure fan experiences increase interaction, ticket sales, and repeat visits
  • Collaborate across Venue Entertainment, Marketing, Media, Product, Operations, and Content teams for seamless event execution
  • Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and management of performers and event talent
  • Manage logistics and coordination of talent rehearsals and integration with immersive components
  • Lead vendor management for all technical requirements including AV, lighting, stage setups, and interactive technology
  • Manage relationships with sports leagues, sponsors, and partners to integrate branding and sponsorship activations
  • Develop, manage, and track event budgets
  • Collect data and feedback post-event to assess success and recommend improvements
  • Generate post-event reports including fan engagement metrics, ticket sales, and feedback
