Job Requirements
- Passion for sports cards
- Deep knowledge of sports or trading card games such as NFL, NBA, and MLB
- Comfort and charisma on camera
- Ability to work consistent night and weekend shifts

- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms and basic streaming equipment
- Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications
- Passion for sports cards with deep knowledge of sports or trading card games such as NFL, NBA, and MLB
- Comfortable and charismatic on camera with the ability to engage a live audience of 50 to 150 viewers
- Flexible availability to work consistently on-site during nights and weekends (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PDT) with additional hours during high-demand periods
- High energy and authenticity with strong entertainment and improvisational skills
- Technical proficiency with live-streaming platforms and basic equipment including camera, lighting, and microphone
- Strong organizational skills for handling cards, tracking inventory, and fulfilling customer orders
- Team player with a collaborative attitude focused on enhancing the Mojobreak community and customer experience
Job Duties
- Host live breaks by conducting live sports card breaks on Mojobreak.com, YouTube, or other streaming platforms, typically during night hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PDT) and weekends
- Engage the audience by interacting with viewers in real-time via chat to answer questions, banter, and build excitement
- Showcase products with enthusiasm and knowledge by presenting sports cards, highlighting key players, rare hits, and collectible value
- Drive sales by promoting break spots and products, contributing to revenue goals and earning commissions
- Stay informed by keeping up-to-date with sports trends, player performance, card values, and industry releases
- Handle cards by sorting, sleeving, and organizing cards during and after breaks to ensure accurate distribution
- Collaborate with the Mojobreak team to coordinate break schedules, manage inventory, and maintain seamless operations
