The Playbook Sports Bar Server Assistant role is a critical support position focused on enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery. - One year of experience in gourmet, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification
- Ability to handle flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while promoting company values
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings and confidently explain menu to guests
- Follow steps of service consistently to ensure high-quality guest experience
- Deliver food from kitchen to correct tables promptly ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Provide bread and water service according to standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or escalate as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down dining room, back bar, and service stations
- Clear tables and service areas of dirty dishes using prescribed methods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout dining experience
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors
- Adapt to changes in duties as required by management
