The position of Sports Arena Premium Club Busser at the Utah Jazz & Utah Mammoth events held at the Delta Center is an exciting opportunity to join Levy's premium hospitality team. This hourly role offers competitive wages ranging from $15.00 to $15.50 and focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization within the premium clubs and dining areas to ensure an elevated guest experience. As a Premium Club Busser, you will play a vital role in supporting servers, line attendants, and other team members during fast-paced events by keeping the club areas guest-ready throughout the event. Responsibilities include clearing tables, replenishing supplies, assisting with setup and breakdown of dining spaces, and ensuring all safety and sanitary guidelines are followed. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or supplies for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work under pressure during busy event periods
- Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Guest-service, food-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well with servers, line attendants, managers, and other team members
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work under pressure during busy event periods
- Understanding of food-safety and sanitation standards is preferred

Job Duties
- Model and promote Levy's Family Values: nice, innovative, passionate, and inclusive
- Clear tables, remove used dishes, and wipe down dining surfaces throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness in premium clubs, dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces
- Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and help keep dining areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist servers, line attendants, and Premium team members during busy event periods
- Replenish napkins, utensils, condiments, and other guest-service supplies as needed
- Greet guests courteously and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of premium clubs and dining areas
- Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety guidelines
- Assist with setup, service support, and breakdown of premium dining spaces
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs
