Job Duties
- preparing baked goods including breads pastries cakes and cookies
- following recipes and instructions by accurately measuring and weighing ingredients
- operating and maintaining baking equipment such as mixers blenders and ovens
- monitoring and adjusting baking process to ensure correct temperatures and times
- ensuring food safety and sanitation by maintaining a clean workspace and hygiene protocols
- packaging and labeling baked goods for sale and delivery
- decorating baked goods with icings glazes and toppings
